Things are always changing, and unfortunately, not always for the best for everyone. With the direction the guild is currently going, it seems there is little to no hope of success in the original way we envisioned it. many have probably noticed the slow downward spiral since the move to two separate 10m rosters. Although, we had small victories, they were seemingly small band-aids to the underlying issues: attendance, roster, lack of progression, drama, lack of cohesion, etc.
Yes, some may argue certain things take time, and I would have to agree. Unfortunately, time is not on our side. We were once in a position to take on 25m raiding and we saw results when pressing through regular ToT fairly quickly. But, over time, the issues mentioned above kept building up and bringing the overall morale and success of the guild down.
With careful consideration, we are going to be moving to a single, progression-based 10 man raid group. The best 10 of our raiders were chosen, with some as backup/rotational. We will then go from here and see how far this group can take us.
People are more than welcome to stick around as socials, work on forming their own group, or leave and do their own thing.
This is a tough decision for all, and there was no easy way to go about this. I know people may see it differently, and I do understand other points of view. We sincerely apologize to those who feel hurt, betrayed, or left behind -- it is not our intention.

So I'm a little late in posting the screenshot, but we downed Jin'rokh Heroic in 25m last Friday after a little trial and error (as you can see from the skeletons). We finished up the rest of our 12/12 clear and even ended early on Saturday. We're definitely looking forward to working on Horridon HM this coming weekend.
